Very nice experience! They have a standard menu with pita, soup, salad, main course and tea with desert for a cost of 40. Everything was super tasty and the owner and waiter very friendly! Cannot understand why the rating is so low!
Beautiful interior. Good atmosphere. Good food. It's a very nice place. Appetizer dark lentil soup was great! I had tajine berbere with Lamb shank, chicken, dried prunes and raisons. Which was definitely great with dried fruit giving some sweet flavour in the sauce. I took tajine this time which was great. Maybe I'll try couscous next time. Baklava for dessert mint tea... ont tea is a must to have.
I’ve been coming along time before covid it was always packed on a Saturday. I went with my family tonight, 3 kids with us and everything was so perfect. Family friendly, good food, a live show. It was sad that it wasn’t as packed as it used to be. Go here!! It’s awesome.
Had a really good dinner here. I love the decor, it looks like you’re in a cave with really nice glass lanterns. The food was really good the price is reasonable and the service was good. No complaints, looking forward to coming back here. Came on a Monday night and wasn’t busy. Bring your wine !
Totally loved the aesthetics of this beautiful restaurant, their food is too good, make sure to eat small portions if you wanna enjoy the whole 5 course meal. This place is cozy and comfortable, I would definitely visit again
Great place to have a get together amongst family and friends. Nice ambiance, comfy seats. If you're tall, watch out for the low ceilings! The food is good, savoury and sweet. The flavours are well blended. I took the tagine berbere, which consists of veggies with prunes, raisins, lamb and chicken. It was delicious! I'm picky when it comes to lamb, I don't like it when it tastes like what sheep smell like on a farm, but this was nice, with a subtle taste, very pleasing to my palate. There were two belly dancer shows and if it's your birthday (or fake birthday), you'll be dancing in front of everyone during the intermission! By the end of your stay, you'll have "happy birthday to you" stuck in your head! The first belly dancer was ok, she did some sword and fire tricks, but wasn't great at dancing. The second belly dancer was more talented, she didn't do any tricks, she just danced but watching her dance was almost hypnotizing! Before going I found it a little pricey at 33 and change. Now my opinion has changed. You're well fed, well taken care of and it's a lively and interactive atmosphere, great food and a show to boot! I came out satisfied and full. Money well spent!

Additionally, I observed that the hygiene standards were maintained throughout the restaurant, adding to the positive dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent food quality, friendly service, and good hygiene practices.
Very beautiful place in heart of downtown. Cozy and friendly environment. Delicious Arabic foods. Friendly staffs and acceptable services. Beautiful belly dancer performed there around 9pm. Completely satisfied.
